So far you have read a couple pages and you have met my family.  I need to take you back several years so you get a full understanding of what I have been through.  Adversity is something I have learned and I have overcome many things.  The old saying "what does not kill you makes you stronger" is true.  On the same token it is not fun!

A brief overview of what has happened to me.  When I was 22 I started a small business and by the time I was 26 I was running a million dollar company.  Did I make mistakes?  Of course I did.  I was young cocky and thought I knew pretty much everything.  I soaked myself in business books and self educated myself in all aspects of the business world.  I conducted business with some of the wealthiest people in the US so I was able to learn much from them.  I also was an idiot in other aspects of my business.  For example I should not have bought that H-1 Hummer I should of put a good attorney on retainer!  In business you will have issues come up, all companies do.  At the age of 28 I shut down my company after having some major issues come up ( I will explain later).  Long story short I had a couple customers out of the hundreds that year complain.  I felt it was good business to shut down my operation until I had everything fixed.  I was trying to be responsible.  It turned out that some of these people took it as a sign of guilt or weakness.  I was living a very high lifestyle so it took about 30k per month to pay my bills and keep everything up.  So when I shut down I first thought it was just going to be for a few months but it turned out to be much longer.  I ended up selling my ranch, trucks, SUV's, and I lost my Hummer to the bank :(.  Everything I had worked for was gone.  It was a huge blow and it hurt to watch my dreams and hard work go.  What happened next was just shocking.  A few people started posting on sites like Rip off report, blogs, etc that I shut down because I was a dishonest person.  The things they wrote were lies and at first I thought no one in there right mind would believe it.

Then competitors chimed in using false names "jumping on the band wagon"  After years of being out produced by the young kid they had there chance to take a shot.  Then old "friends" jumped in saying "that's why they lived so well"????  Yeah idiots I lived in a million dollar home and drove 100k cars because I stole from these 3 people totaling 30k???  How does that add up?  America, it does not add up.  I lived well because I worked my butt off and ran a good business.

So now I was pretty broke and all of a sudden my name was mud.  Family, friends and competitors all rubbed it in.  One thing I learned quickly was when your on top there are many people waiting for you to fall.


I had 3 girls at this time and my wife.  My girls were young and I was young even though I felt very old.  Because I shut down the local law enforcement did an investigation mainly based on the these 3 people calling them daily and posting horrible things about me.  A detective actually brought the postings to one of the interviews!  After 6 months of investigations they said it was not criminal and I had done nothing wrong.  But now my business was gone, my name was mud and I was broke.  Just how these people wanted it!

Phase 11

I was homeless living in my RV 8 months after this happened!  3 kids and my wife, no money, no house and my good name was gone.  I took the last little bit of cash I had about 3k and started another business.  I served hot dogs at a local resort.  Far from my high roller status I was now serving hot dogs off my little cart for 2 bucks a pop!  I had no car so I had to ride my bike 18 miles round trip in order to provide for my family.  I also had to be very careful since these people were now hunting me and they were posting about me daily.  Where is he?  What's he doing? He's wanted by the police?  All lies but to people reading it, it looks real.  People would read these lies and cast judgement about me.  I could not hold my head up and everyone I knew seemed to be rubbing it in.

I had no money to hire a qualified law firm so I was screwed.  In this country if you are being damaged and its civil you have to have deep pockets to take action.  If you don't you are alone!

A customer I had and that knew what was going on said to me "Zach no one at my level will judge you for failing, that's part of business and we have all been there.  However we will judge your come back so make it count".  This came from a billionaire so I took that very serious.

My first come back was within a year.  It actually had the ability to launch and take a 7 digit figure with it.  However these cyber stalkers were now attacking it!  WHY?  They did not and do not want me to live.  They attack everything I do.  So they attacked a young company posting all sorts of bad things and shut it down.  How does that happen?  Well its like this.  A company is strong and doing well.  Then 2-4 people using 10 fake names each start attacking.  So now it looks like there are 20-40 customers who have been "cheated or Ripped off"  What happens?  Sales decline and you go out of business!

It's tragic I have 12-15 employees and of course my family.  Each employee has a wife and children and they all look to me to make good choices and to safe guard there jobs.  It was another heart break and another struggle.  Before long I was having real customers say things like " I feel cheated "  "But a $1,000.00 cash would make me feel better and if you don't pay I will blog about you"  That's extortion folks!  But it happened.  They never felt cheated they were just taking advantage of my position.

I lost everything again!  second time in 2 years.  At this point I had moved from Colorado back to my home state of Georgia.  Being closer to family made all of us feel a little safer.

I then took about 5k and launched another business.  Once again It is a very different style of business.  I was by trade a dog trainer and owned and ran one of the largest protection dog kennels in the US.  When I lost that I started selling hot dogs on the street and then I began building the very style cart I had been working.  Selling carts all over the US.  When that business "Mobile Business Solutions" was attacked I started over for a 3rd time in a different field.

I am currently running a national company that was built 2 years ago with only 5k.  Two years later our gross sales are nearly 3million dollars.  Even with my name like mud!  I also own several small businesses retail stores, .coms etc..   In this blog I have two main objectives.  1.  Clear up my name with the help of my two attorneys of course and number 2.  Show people how I made such epic come backs.  If I could share my experiences and help someone else launch a business that would be very cool.

No one could argue I know how to start and run a business.  Even the crazy people who attack my name on a daily basis are frustrated with how I manage to do it.  Everyone has experiences in life the trick is to pull the wisdom out of those experiences and use it for good. 

It does not take money to make money.  I am proof of that.  Every business I have started was on a very tight budget.  in most cases less than five grand.  What it takes is a good idea and lots of hard work.  Even despite people trashing my name I have marched on.  Its been painful at times but I never loose site of my goals.

God has been with me the entire time.  Even when I felt lost or completely beat down I knew my God was there.  I remember being homeless living down by a river in Colorado praying to God.  I prayed " God, whatever the lesson here is.  Please make me a good student because I never want to retake this class".

My wife stuck by me like a champ.  She said to me " Don't let these people take away who you really are.  I married you because I love you not for money.  Heck you were 19 and broke!  "Your smart and you have a gift so just fix this as fast as you can".  I did the best I could.  I don't understand why these people attacked me in the first place.  They all signed contracts and they all broke them.  I tried to reason with them and tried to make an honorable resolution.  They wanted blood not peace.  It broke my heart when they pulled photo's off my wife's facebook account and stuck my innocent children on hurtful websites.  Saying " I abused my kids and they were going without".  My kids have never gone without.  Yes at times they had what they needed and not what they wanted, but my girls are 100% well cared for.  And even now when I have money they still do not get everything they want.  My girls are not worldly kids.  They love Jesus and they love life.

One lady named Sharon "I'm sure you have read her post"  Actually posted that I was a sex criminal?  ARE YOU KIDDING ME.  The crazy part is people have actually thrown that up?  Do people not fact check anymore?  It's very easy.  If I was arrested for a sex crime I would be a registered sex offender.  I'm NOT.

Further more the arresting document she posted was that of a 50 year old black man in SC.  I'm 32 and white!  But the effect she was looking for remains.  People look down at me from time to time based on these lies.  It's very hard but I get through it.

This is sure to get the cyber stalkers mad.  But O-well :)


I am asked often "how do you do it"?    Do what?  "Make money, deal with the internet, all of it"? 

I actually get phone calls from this blog from people all over the US.  Many are letting me know they are coming up to buy a trailer and want to shake my hand, I have had people pray for me and my family it's super cool. 

I even get the call asking about business?

There is no secret to my life.  I sleep great every night, I have a wonderful relationship with my wife and girls and I love everyday. 

The first secret is really not a secret.  I 100% Love my God.  I surrender everything to him both my victories and my problems. 

In business I always look for ANY opportunity to create a business.  I do not look at the negative side, and work does not scare me.  I work 18 hours most days and I own several businesses.  From Ice cream to manufacturing.

America listen up.  If I can go out and build a Million Dollar company with my name in the MUD think about what you could do?

Most people talk themselves out of doing something great.  Even though I fully believe God created all of us to do greatness in one way or another.  So if you were created for greatness how could you fail?  Well several ways :)  However its all based on your decisions on based on luck or otherwise.

I know people that rent out office space in bulk.  They pay low fees based on the bulk them sub-lease the space to others.  This one guy I met makes 5k per month doing this.  That's not bad considering his up front expense was only 3k.

It's fairly easy- Look around your home or city and see what people use and need.  If you opened up a toilet paper manufacturing business you would be a millionaire over night.  Why- Everyone uses it!

Now if you opened it up in some jungle in south America you might go belly up.  So you use common since and you study your markets.  

 That's basically what I do.  I look around and then I build/create/or buy out that business.

I LOVE mobile based on the fact you can go to the customers.  Food, bike repair, fishing shop, picture frame, car wash, etc.  Its very profitable not being tied down to a location. 

It's also important to me to do for my community.  I don't care what it is, but giving back and helping folks is high on my list.  Which is why the internet talk about me is so funny and hurtful at the same time.  I would rather give you a car than steal or cheat you out of a dollar.

So that's the first step.  Stop telling yourself you can't do it and channel your energy and thoughts and make it happen.  If you fail who cares!  Get up dust your self off and try again.

  There is no good reason I'm successful or that CFB manufacturing is having a massive year.  If you google my name or CFB for that matter it's hard to believe we do a massive business.  Hey folks its not my business I gave it to God a long time ago.  He can do what he want's with it, that's the deal I made!   Weather he burns it to the ground or blesses it me and my family will praise him either way. 

The cross my guys helped build and erect is our way of showing every passing car who owns CFB.  When they see us every day slammed and employing people I think it sinks in and gives hope. 

And if you question it, think about it like this.  CFB has a horrible online rap, true or not true it looks bad right?  We do 200k plus every month in sales and builds, explain that?  Massive franchises choose us over anyone else?  people travel from Florida-Canada to do business here explain it?  We grow every month and we do zero marketing???  It's strange how it all works!  Read my blog call me if you want to chat or if you have a problem 706-299-4489.  I do not build every trailer myself of course.  But I do own the company so if you have a problem that needs sorting just call.  That's my personal cell phone OK.

(Very good news- 3/21/13 another stalker is being sued.  We found her! Law suit is being filed and I will post it to my posting titled law suits).  Also Frank Mannix has been outed in TX and is avoiding being served. Local Sheriff's office is trying to find him.  I'm lending a helping hand and I have hired a PI in pursuit of justice.  Frank Mannix will be served!  Also another stalker is being investigated for fraud more on that later.  Again its amazing they post the things they do and they are the ones in hiding, running from being served and being investigated for fraud.  NOT ME :)

My Name is Zachary Edward Singleton the Entrepreneur, Husband, Father and Son you have read so much about.  I am here to set the record straight, explain and defend my good name.  I have one of the worst cases of Cyber Stalking in the county.  These people have cost me Millions over the past 7 years.  Cyber Stalking at least in my case is when these people go online and put out postings that they have been scammed.  Also they post I'm a sex criminal, can't be trusted, etc.  Then they start asking the world "Internet" where I'm at, address, phone, work, businesses I'm in, etc.  One guy asked a business associate of mine "What car does he drive" "Email" then told this friend of mine all sorts of damaging lies about me.  My friend hit record on the phone.  The Cyber Stalker then takes the "new" info and starts harassing my family, friends, employees, etc.  They take the new info and start posting that X company ripped them off?  They will add in the posting some personal things like what kind of car I drive, my watch make etc.  making it look real and personal.  They use several different names and it appears 5-10-20 people all have the same sort of story, different businesses and different time lines but all the same.  So I end up looking like a horrible person.  At this point they call me and demand money or they say they will never stop.  I actually paid a couple of times.  Sounds crazy right?  But if you are losing customers what's 2-4-6 grand to make it stop.  Well that was a mistake.  They don't stop! The guy who asked my friend what car I drove said "O he used to drive a tricked our X model"  This guy knew my car from 5 years ago? 

I have never defended myself up until now.  Mainly because I felt giving in to these people would be dipping down to their level.  I never posted anything about these people and I never said anything hurtful.  I kept thinking they would stop or lose interest.  I would like to say because of the grace of God I am forgiven for my sins and with that I am held to a higher standard.  So I would like to address Francisco Samuel Mannix (Frank Mannix), Sharron Augirre, and Cheryl Caldwell, which are the three main Cyber Stalkers and attackers of my name, family and businesses.  I Zachary Edward Singleton Forgive you.  No where in the Bible does it say you have to ask or even know you are forgiven however my family forgives you for your attacks and hurtful tactics that have caused much pain in my life.  However that does not excuse you from your crimes and actions.  I have finally decided this must end and in order to have it end I must fight back.  Not for revenge or in anger but for peace.  My attorney’s Russell Stookey and Michael Cummings will lead that charge and I have complete faith they will represent me and proactively launch a law suit against you that will silence your words.  

Something I hear allot is "Why do they do it"  Why does a man rob a store, or steel a car, or hurt someone?  Who the Heck Fire Knows!  I chalk it up to pure CRAZY. 

I am not in hiding, I am not a thief, abuser or criminal.  My name was attacked and I have fallen victim to years of cyber stalking, extortion and liable attacks and now I am fighting back.  I guess what shocked me the most was simply how many people believed what they read.  Which was the whole point to this character slaughter in the first place.  This website was created to share my story, explain the truth and to keep you updated on the legal law suits we are launching.  I’m a real person and this is my story. I have fell victim to this new and hurtful crime.  One of these Cyber Stalkers actually came to my home!  Drove all the way from TX.  I'm in GA people!  That's like a 12-16 hour drive?  He came when I was on vacation.  Touched my grass, looked at my home???  Weird and very scary!

My family

These internet stalkers have brought my precious family into this trying to provoke me to respond with anger.  I have not nor will I.  However I will introduce you to my wonderful family. 

They have said “my wife stays with me because she is part of my scamming ways”  and that our children are abused and neglected. 

As a Christian man I take my rolls as a husband and father very serious.  

My wife- Rebeccah Singleton-  My wife and I met in High school and got married directly after.  On January 5^th 1999 at exactly 4:36pm I married Becky for better or worse!  That’s why my wife stayed with me when I first lost my wealth and why she has been my rock during the past 7 years of attacks.  With her support and love I made my come back financially and she's the reason I have kept my head up.  She is my gift that God gave me almost 14 years ago and I treasure her love and faithfulness. 

I also have five daughters, yes I said 5!  Ages 9,7,5,3,1!

My girls do not know what is going on, my wife and I protect them from it.  We take family vacations, go to the park and all the normal things you would expect from a family.  I will say in my house I am completely outnumbered and attending “my little pony weddings is very normal”.  Out of all my businesses the girls like our ice cream shop the very best! 

FIRST STEPS

My legal team is getting protective orders, restraining orders and in time filing law suits against these people and anyone else who blogs and spreads liable against my name, family and businesses.  You may check back and see the updated court docs filed against these people. 

I urge you to use common sense.  If anyone had done half of what they have accused me of doing that person would be in prison.  Not maybe, not one day, but for certain.  I am writing this website from my leather chair in my office not from a prison! They say I am in hiding?  They say my girls are not cared for?  You can take one look at the family photo's I'll post daily and see first hand my life is 100% normal except for these crazed people attacking me. 

What they want is to cause panic in one of my many corporations hoping one day I might be out of business.  I will not be out of business and my God protects me, my family and my corporations in spite of their attacks.  Not only that my customers are too smart to buy into their bull :)

My Thoughts

It's really interesting that the attorneys can actually take the i.p. address off the computer and track the person posting the liable and hurtful comments.  Shocking its the same people using fake names for the most part.  Every now and then someone will see it and think "OMG I met this guy"  and post something to fuel the crazy's fire.  Not even understanding what this is all about.  

This is the USA so everyone should have a voice; that's our right!  However when you say/write things just to hurt someone it becomes a different ball game.  What these people have done to me is 100% character murder. 

THIS BLOG-  I am not a writer, but I will try to give you a real account of my life.  The past 7 years has been interesting.  Things I was scared of ended up not being that bad "Like losing a million dollar company I hand built"  It ended up being OK.  Other things were harder "Like rebuilding"  I rebuilt only to have the new company attacked and ruined.  OK rebuild again!  Like I said I create and build businesses for a living so I am fairly good at it.  How have I bounced back now owning several small businesses and a couple large companies?  I'll show you!   I want to share with you what I have been through and what I have done to correct any mistakes I have made.  One mistake was to let this internet attacking go on for so long with no defense or offense.  I thought this would blow over I should have hired an attorney day 1.  There are people and companies alike on sites like rip off report.  This info is not fact checked it's just spewed by people and I would guess 95% of it is nothing but bull.  I will up date this site daily and break down my story and new legal events happening as I pursue justice!
