I want to say this. If you think Cyber Stalking is unlikely to happen to you. You should Google it! It is tearing through the internet everyday. Be safe and get legal advice day 1! Don't wait like I did. I am a half glass is full kind of guy admitted. But I was way to relaxed about this. It blew up and has haunted me!
I do think it has made me a better business man. I mean can you imagine the tight rope I must walk everyday with my customers and employees? I do not take crap anymore. I will say that. I used to let people take advantage of my situation because I was scared they might "Post" something. I stopped doing that when I hired my legal team.
It was not in my nature to begin with, but I felt trapped. Even today I had to let a contractor go :( Not fun excusing someone from working for you. I always hate doing it. But on his departure he threw up the internet even though he knows I'm a good man and its all bull. He called back and said sorry. That's how it is. People use neg to there advantage. Not everyone but some.
