I was wondering a while ago if anyone was reading this and it turns out allot of folks do.  Many of the cyber stalkers read it and attack it.  I am 100% a straight up guy but that is not really the point.

I employee many people at this plant and all of them have families, bills and lives.  They depend on this job to provide for there families.

The cyber stalkers that attack my business and my family are not just trying to effect me.  They are trying to effect 14 other kids, 7 other wives and many more depending on the time of year.

CFB builds top quality food units.  We build those for some of the largest franchises brands in America.  We also sell directly to the people.  Most of our customers save 20-30% by doing business here.  I will admit in the past 3-4 years we have had 1-4 customers upset beyond the normal day to day.

Out of those 1-4 all of them were all geared up based on the posting they had read.  Lies, and horrible things about me.  Not really about CFB.  These people want to hurt me.  They do so by attacking my family, businesses, etc.

Enough is enough America.  I'm taking a stand and I am asking you to do the same.  People all of the country are effected by this crime.  Personally I love when a customer ask me about the postings then hands me 20-30-40-100k check.  Its my way of moving forward.  I do the very best I can making sure jobs leave me plant on time and correct.  Is that always the case? no.  Some times production is slow, sometimes mistakes even though we check still happen.  But we have a great warranty and we treat everyone honorably.

No company is under the spot light like CFB.  I assure you it drives us to do better every day.  The fact every mistake we ever make becomes public info says it all.  How many real customers do you see posting real issues?  I count 1.  And if she had called me first I would have fixed it right away.  We ended up fixing it but she was stressed out based on the blogs.

I would bet CFB has fewer mistakes than any 5 companies combined.

If you are wanting to do business with CFB please know we are 100% committed to you.  If you visit our plant you will see first hand the MASSIVE amount of work we do.  We build more food trucks in a month than most shops do in a year.  We are always slammed and we always have no less than 8 jobs running every week.  This is why the stalkers are mad.  They cannot figure out how we are so busy.  Word of mouth!

80% of our work comes from word of mouth.  We have great prices and we have great products.

My guys know if a mistake happens we will read about it.  That alone makes each guy work harder.

CFB has been in business for 3 years and each month is better than the one before.  We contracted 26 jobs in Feb alone!  26 jobs!  That's 26 people who will get a fine unit and go out and make money!  I love it and I thank all of you!  Several of those new customers ignored the attack and the postings!  I love that even more.  What I find is the professional buyer does real research and does not just read crap on the net.  Most people know anyone can post anything they want.  It does not make it the truth.  I have a customer flying in from CO today to contract!  People as far as Canada are in our system having units built!  CFB is the largest fab shop on the east coast for concession carts, trailers, kiosk and trucks!

That's a fact!  We run more jobs in a month than most do in a year and we are proud of our work.  We just hired 5 new team members and we are set to employ another 18 workers by May.  That's 18 families that are going to have jobs and income pouring in.  That's my passion America, create jobs and building businesses.

What I need is a good reality TV show here :)  We have all the makings!  Drama from the cyber stalkers, money, production, goofy days and lots of fun.

I will not say its without pain.  I have days that are dark it takes a toll on me to deal with the lies spread.  I just have to suck it up and rely on my faith to get me through those times.  Its hard reading such out right lies about yourself.  I keep my head up though and I work harder and harder because of it.  Its like a double edge sword.  It hurts but it fires me up to do even bigger greater things the next day.

I thank all of you for your support and business.  I get lot's of customers that read this blog and choose to do business with CFB or another one of my businesses.  Its nice to know people do read and they do not always believe the negative first.

CFB has rolled into another roll and we have picked up allot of new franchise business.  Amazing how well we do with the negative posters.  Greg from off the grid forgets people read the truth right here.  Posted below are a few shots of current jobs we have sent out!

Legal

Just checking in with America.  We have another law suit being filed.  I will post it here in a few weeks once it is in and being served.  I will add it to the posting titled Law Suits filed

I have never sued anyone until now.  I am only doing it now to stop the cyber stalkers from harassing me any further.  The law suit being filed is a civil suit and is rather large.  People need to realize this is serious and I am no longer a easy target. 

For all my customers and supporters I thank you for your thoughts and prayers. 

On a side not my family is doing well and we are planing our park tours for 2013.  We plan on visiting 5 National Parks this year.  Most of them are close by we are hitting Florida before it gets too hot.

Subject- Greg Englehardt from St Thomas Island "Off The Grid" purchased 2 items from a manufacturing plant I own.  He claims 4?  However he bought two from us and requested we find him two others to buy.  We built 1 food truck and 1 mobile fish fabrication trailer.

He claims CFB delayed him and caused him severe stress and it was a "nightmare".  The fact is Greg delayed his own jobs.  By not having money, not being organized, and changing his mind countless times.  He was broke and stressed out due to all his delays.  He asked CFB for 15-19k cash or he would attack like he saw others do on the internet.    CFB retained our company attorney on the matter and denied his cash.  Greg never one time sent CFB any material or receipts that would even spark a warranty claim much less 15-19K in cash. 




In this blog I talk about this sort of attack.  Its not really meant towards the Company it is more directed towards me. He feels attacking me is easy since there is this horrible internet attack on me.

So he he decides to attack a company that did over 3 million in gross sales last year and services in all over 500 customers.  CFB is one of the largest manufacturing plants of its kind on the east coast.  Running two shifts we work 20 hours out of every 24.  When Greg came to our plant he was blown away by the craftsmanship and projects being done.  I will upload plant 1 and 2 on this site next week so you can see it.

He only changed his mind when we was put into a position where people were pointing the figure at him.  He could not handle that and had to blame someone else.  You can clearly see in the emails below he started off by blaming his bank.  Not one time during any of this did Greg actually say "Its my fault" take responsibility.

Greg Changed his work order 3 times, had no money for the first 90 plus days of the projects and CFB had no choice but to put his jobs on idle.

Greg lied throughout the entire build.  Not really a major deal, we just finally placed his job on hold.  I spoke to his banker and both of us agreed Greg was young and not used to making big decisions. He had really messed this deal up and he had put himself behind 3 months.  Read the emails below and you will see Greg admitting and even welcoming the "Job on Idle agreement" during which he went on vacation? 

Greg is not entitled to his own facts.  He has claimed many things mainly just trying to jump on the band wagon.  He claims his truck was built by "High School Shop Students"  What do you think!  I will also start up loading the facts 100% showing this guy is not only wrong but his intentions are clear.  Hurt a company and me.  (Any High School shop student that can do this CFB will hire you starting 22.00 per hour :)

We will start with photo's! Here is a simple before and after showing our amazing work and ability.  This is Greg's Actual Truck.

That is our work.  We take a older P-30 and we make it into a state of the art kitchen. 

This picture shows our techs rebuilding his kitchen for the third time.  Greg changed his equipment 3 times during his project.  The latest change required a new hood to be built, all gas lines reworked to fit his new line up.  CFB never complained, we did not even charge him the change order fees and material fees to do this.  We felt bad for him.  He had so many delays from his bank and his own changes we just wanted to help.  Looking back if I had known he was going to become so ugly to deal with we would have charged him.  He got out with over 7k in up grades and work for free.

This picture is his Military Duce in a half fully loaded to the brim with his personal effects.  In his liable postings he claims CFB did not ship a few items to him.  He's right.  We cannot ship heavy loose items in a 90k food truck, it would trash it during the transport and ocean float to his doc. So we all agreed to ship these "missing items in his duce pictured to the left.  During that time Greg sent to our shop an entire truck load of personal items and requested we deal with it.  He also stated in an email which I will post to ship all of it in the duce no matter what.  "My wife and I are sleeping on the floor and you have our beds".  Those large boxes you see are his beds.  Once we fork lifted all his personal items into the duce the truck was full.  No room for the generator or fryer, etc.

So we said we would place the items in the mini truck which is a small jap pick up.  It's still here based on the fact Greg has not paid to ship it.  During this entire Project Greg had massive money problems.  His loans were 2-3 months late.  On a 4-6 week build project of course it was late when the guy had no money for 90 days over twice the build time.  Once the money came in we still had to do the job.  Of COURSE it was late

CFB Myself and Larry worked very hard trying to keep this project moving.  At one point the payments were about 8 weeks late and CFB sent an email to Greg stating per our agreement the project is going on idle until payment is made.  CFB was very worried we had 20-30k over his deposit into the jobs.  So CFB Paid out 20-30k to keep it moving.  At this point we were very afraid we would not be getting paid.   What sparked this email and decision from CFB was the fact we were trying to get Greg on the phone.  He finally emailed us and stated and I will post the email " I cannot do anything until the bank spreads there F-ing legs and gives birth to my money".  We spoke to his bank and they stated Greg had not giving then the proper paper work for the loan.  Then Greg said " I'm Going to another island and I am going Budda Monk"  I will not pick up my phone i'll be on a short vacation".

We felt this was very unprofessional, we were very stressed out and we had 10's of thousands of our money poured into this job.  We felt if the customer cares that little about there project we have no choice but to put he job on idle and engage that section of our contract.  Which also called for a 1.5 daily interest rate on the remaining 85k owned.  CFB waived the interest.  If we were trying to hurt Greg we would have charged him the almost 30k in interest.  CFB has never had to put a job on idle until Greg.  It was his lack of concern that made this job late.

Greg Responded and I will post the email a very kind apology to CFB.  Stating it was his fault and mainly the banks for this 90 day delay that we were true professionals and he was very thankful.  That's very different from what he claims on his postings.

Stay tuned for the emails to be uploaded next.  I will photo them from my computer so no one can say I wrote them.  They come from the horses mouth.

PS- There is ways to cause delays at CFB and sometimes they fall on us.  But normally its one of three.
1.  Graphics
2.  Change orders
3.  Payments

Greg had 2 out of three.

 This is an email very early in the project from Greg.  I copied and pasted from my email.  This shows he new all along about the internet it was not new to him.  Also it shows he was excited to do business and it shows HE Caused the DELAYS from the start.  Why can't people just tell the truth?  This was Sept 19th

1 month into the project Greg still has no money to complete it.  He also promises gives his word that the funds will be in on Monday.  This went on for 2 months.

I have good news and bad news:

Good news, is that as I mentioned last week- we are approved for additional funds
(on the day we finally submitted the lawyers Internet slander explination)- and
excited to spend it with you :)

Bad news- our wire request had been denied at this point, due to closing proceedures
on the new loan.  We did not foresee the extended time period between
approval/closing/deposit.  We think we will be ready to rock (in full) on
Monday, but won't know until we hear from our bank.

Although at this point the additional funds are not ready to transfer at this exact
moment- I ASSURE you we have been officially approved for the entire balance, and a
whole lot more.  There is NO CHANCE the money is not approved/available- its just
going to har to wait until after the weekend.

Sorry for the delay/inconvenience.  At this point, there is nothing I can do to
speed things up at the bank... Lord knows I tried (and drove them crazy today).  We
understand this will pause progress and realize any delays to the goals are due to
our poor money management.

This one is him changing is kitchen again he write its the final, But I am about to show that is false also.  This is on the 22 of Sept as he starts changing the job a month into the project.  Still no money and changes being made.  We should have had this job done within another 7 days.  Back to the drawing board and no funds to work with.

Please draw up a new schematic covering the food truck setup, with the most recent
(and final) equipment and layout changes.
lets please make this a detailed oriented drawing, as it will serve as final
"inspection" regarding the finalized equipment list and their placement.  I will
review it the minute I get it- sign off on it, agreeing that all things are final-
and shut my mouth... let you guys do your thing and get the trucks on island selling
product :)


Please see the truck layout in two sections (and i think we all do)- Bar in front
half and kitchen in back half.
Bar will serve drinks, snow cones and act as cashier/register     Kitchen will cook,
assemble and serve food to the guests.  Draw a line across the truck where the wood
bar meets the exhaust hoods.  Lets view the work areas in those two separate areas
for sake of evaluation. Im affraid that the truck is lacking some cold storage. 
Wether it is in the way of large igloo storage on the floor under the window side
counter space?  The bar is for sure lacking fridge space.  we are planning on 50
beers and 100 bottled waters a day.  Thoughts? 

I didnt ask about the 7 bakers racks.  Do we agree to lessen the racks in leu of 40
sheet trays?  Thanks

Below still no loan and Greg is thanking CFB for our work. This is all a smoke screen Greg still at this point has not given the bank the docs they need.  He's stalling, but more important he is delaying his project.  He knows he is causing delays which is a far cry from what he posted on the internet trying to hurt our reputation and business.

I have forwarded the docs to the bank, and seems like this will complete the
"package" we need to get the closing done today!!!!  AMEN!  we have a meeting with
the "high ups" today at 3:30 and will sign the paperwork and get the wire on its way
under the supervision of the VIP bank personal that can insure a quick transfer
(quick as possible).
We understand completely if the money continues to drag the holdup that will occur. 
Whitney and I greatly appreciate the diligence of the CFB team to move forward while
our loan case is pending.  It was their enthusiasm and expertise that revved us up
enough to go back and get more money to blow this thing up!  Last month, the bank
requested a documentation from CFB that unfortunately took many weeks... they have
not let me forget this... we appreciate CFB buying us time now on this side of the
process now that the process is nearly complete.

OK below is my favorite!  He admits its his fault (his banks fault) thanks us again, embraces fees (we never charged him) and claims he is going on vacation!  Yes this is dated Oct 2nd 2 months into his build he still has no money.  But we delayed his 4 week build agreement???  Again nothing this guy says is based on fact.  It's based on his emotions and nothing more.  So when you read his post and you read this blog the TRUTH sets you free!  CFB sent him a letter stating his job would be on idle per our construction master agreement.  We knew we needed to document this case in writing and I am glad we did.  Below is his response.  When he states "Lets please respect the project on hold"  He means please stop calling me and emailing me daily trying to keep the project moving.  See Greg went off the grid we could not get the guy to pick up the phone.

Morning Gentlemen,
I am the first to realize (and be experiencing) the interruption of my business
start up due to this huge inconvenience from my bank.

It was stated clearly and professionally that the project has been delayed, remove
from the line and other projects taking its place.  We understand completely and
will embrace any finance/interest fees that occur from this frustrating scenario. 
We have no choice.

Until the bank spreads their fucking legs and gives birth to the money the approved
me for now over 3 weeks ago- I sit and wait and try not to blow shit up.  Hopefully
that day is today- but I've been thinking that for weeks now... So I'm letting go
until the damn thing happens.

Until then, let's please respect the "project on hold" arrangement.  Whitney and I
have taken a little mini trip to a neighboring island- where we will stay
(OffTheGRiD) until the bank calls us into the office to do the deed.

You will be the FIRST CALL I make when the bank gets their head out of their ass...
Believe me!  Until then, I'm going "Buddha monk".

OK there is a little fact for anyone to review!  So Did CFB cause Gregs "Nightmare" or did his bank? Or did Greg?  Talking to the bank the day this email was sent to my office they claimed Greg still had not given them all the docs for the loan.  He was not approved.

Also Greg Clearly blames the bank not CFB.  Above he admits its not our fault, we are "Professional"?  Again he is posting a very different story now.  America this is what I am talking about.  People lie and people spread lies simply trying to hurt me.  It's old news really I have been dealing with it for a long time.  However the new part is I am fighting back.  This company, myself and Larry will all three file against Greg for his liable and hurtful tactics.  Also I have this blog to share the TRUTH.  Never before have I done this.  But now anyone and everyone who claims something I will POST the TRUTH.

I will also post our emails to Greg Begging him to call us or let us help him.  Thank you America

Greg stated on a posting that his trailer had damage and he claims CFB did it.  I don't know about that.  Greg up loaded the photo of damage in his yard.  I copied the photo and I am about to upload it to this site.  Greg hired a private shipping company to haul the trailer out of our property OK.  That means once he hooks up to it its not our problem.  But we did take our own photo of it hitting the ground.  It did scrape and we photographed it but there was no damage at all.  See for yourself America.  Another example of Greg Englehardt not being truthful.

OK this is the actual photo leaving our plant with his hired driver behind the wheel.  I would assume the damage happened coming off the boat in St. Thomas. You can see where the driver scraped it about a 18inch chalk line.  However he then got about a 1/4 inch clearance and it was home free.

This photo shows where his expert driver hooked the tow lights and cables strapped around Greg's drainage and piping.  Greg later in a posting tells America CFB did this???? 

This Photo shows Greg's hired transport driver running cables all over the trailer and tying the cable to anything and everything he can.  This broke and rubbed going 12 hours down the highway.  Greg claims we did this.  That's not a CFB tow Truck.  


This is only a tiny bit of the emails and photo's we have.  I will post more next week.  CFB is 100% transparent and has an amazing track record in this industry.  

This is the actual photo of the interior of the fish fab trailer.  Finished and ready for transport.  Below is the photo Greg posted online stating "This is how it came"  Bold lie.  The photo Greg posted is when his family came up to have a meeting trying to get his projects back on track.  At the point he arrived he still had no money. 

Actual photo Greg posted on the internet claiming this is CFB's work?  Complete lie Greg!  Also he claims the work area is 5ft.  Its over 6ft.  Greg is about 5'9 leaving him 4 inches of head room.  Its tight but we had to build a fish cooler underneath.  Greg approved our design in writing and signed it.

Greg has been called out for his attacks and the TRUTH is posted on this site.  Greg has lied, mislead and has posted liable statements about myself and this company.  He claims he has posted nothing but facts.  100% nothing Greg has stated is a fact, minus his name and his personal info.  Greg wanted 19k cash in my opinion tried to extort money from a company he knew had it and also would want to avoid being trashed on the internet.  He used me being a victim of cyber attacks already has is ace in the hole.  It back fired!

 These are a few shots of the work that is done at CFB.  I will photo the shop Weds of this week that being 1/23/13 and I will share with America some current jobs.  We have about 3 franchise jobs in the shop, 3-4 Food trucks, and about 3 other trailers.  We like to get out 6-10 jobs per week if our production is running smooth.  We run two shifts starting in March to keep up with the demand.  We try and do each job in a 4 week window.  Our shop is Always FULL!

As you can see we do not play around in this business.  We are one of the top manufactures in the industry.  Our work as you can see is second to none.  We also build for dozens of top franchises in the country.

This guy is indeed cyber stalking at this point.  He is harassing myself, family and businesses on a daily basis.  He claims freedom of speech but he is grossly wrong.  You have freedom of speech, but you cannot for example run into a mall and yell "Fire"

If your posting are intended to hurt someone financially or there character etc.  You begin breaking the other civil rights and laws that protect all of us in this country.

Greg claims he is a professional?  He claims allot of stuff but so far not one thing he has posted is even close to the truth.  His food truck did indeed burn down.  However in the above emails he himself says he mad and trying not to blow stuff up?  His generator had also been worked on by a non authorized party and he sent us an email asking us to replace it because it was broke, then he asked us to pay him back because he bought a new one.  Days later a generator he claims caught fire and burnt down his truck?  Again nothing this guys says is truthful.

Below is a copy of his latest email.  Clearly this guy has emotional issues and is out to cause pain.

My attorney is on this and he will be handled in a professional manner.  In the mean time we continue to build and produce quality.

He claims in this email we took 4 months?  We held up his job, we are blanks?  Above you read where Greg blames his bank with the same passion.  We were good guys?  This is why I say some people not all but some lose touch with reality and start acting crazy.

His email is very foul and I am only posting it to show the "professional" side of Greg.  This company has tried everything to figure out what this guy wants.  On the complaint wire many customers have stated this guy is a liar and not telling the truth about our company.

You see where he stops attacking the company or Larry one of the owners and points everything to me.  Why?  I did not install his fryer?  Because am the easier target.  He feels attacking me is OK since others have.  So the world might not believe CFB did anything or Larry but Zach did it for sure.  Its a cowards approach but that's Greg.  No one stole anything from this guy.  He's attacking me for money.  He has requested 19k several times.  So gang up on me and the world will believe it.

Greg I forgive you but you will indeed regret your liable postings and harassing emails.

Greg does not have an attorney or at least not a good one.  How do I know that?  No attorney would allow there client to do this.  They would quickly say "have no more contact" Do not post anything.  Of course they would.  Greg is getting bar room law advice and its going to cost him.  

Sorry it's all come to this Larry.  You seemed to be a good guy, and trying to run a
respectable business.  

It's clear to me it's far from respectable- and far from legitimate.  I'm sorry it's
come to this.  I've lived life honest and respectful for 35 years.  I've traveled
all over the world- worked for for dozens of world renowned companies... And done
business with all walks of life.  I have no choice but to follow this through to the
very end.  Sorry guys- I put up quite a fight, and don't loose- ever.

My business experience with your company- CFB MANUFACTURING was the most despicable
act of malfunction I've ever experienced- and the hundreds I've shared my story with
agree.  I LOVE telling everyone I know how fucked up it was, how much you stole from
us- and all the bullshit you fed us.  I talk about it every day.  i love the story
more and more every day.  its so amazing there are still people like zack out there
getting by.  It's too bad, even if you where trying to do the right thing- that now
you are guilty by association.  That's how it's works sir. You laid it all out for
the world to see.  I am your CFB ambassador.  Consider it a fair trade for the tens
of thousands you stole from us.  "Internet stalking" crap can't slow this train down

Zack ass fucked my family and I.  He felt no shame fucking us day after day, even
when we where so far desperate and almost rock bottom.  You'll be happy to know we
used his uncanny lack of any human thread of decency he showed near and at the end
of our business deal to rally back and rebuild stronger than ever!!! We are kicking
ass here in st thomas, sharing our triumph over CFB's ass fucking- and enjoying our
new truck after your piece of shit burnt to the ground after the faulty generator
instal went up in flames.  Nice work you rednecks!

I built a better truck in less than a month, than your team took over 4 months to
shit together.  HAHAHAA.  You must be so proud!

Not sure if you caught the bubba love sponge trial, jury ruled on this week-
protecting our first amendment of speech?  It clearly preserves our right to speak
the truth when and where we want :).  My story is a doozie!!!  

I am looking forward to sharing the truth about the multiple lawsuits coming your
way, and the truths behind the almost dozen families CFB has ass fucked in the past
year (and a few coming back to speak up about dude singleton's BS in the recent
past).  I am passionate, and LOVE to dedicate my emotion to a good cause.  I can't
wait to share with you the world wide coverage ill share with your company when your
horrific product and experience you provided us, and so many more.

I assure you Greg could not come up with an email like that from me.

Greg is stating he is suing CFB?  Well not yet he's not.  He did have an attorney

call us and even send us a letter asking for some money for Greg.  The problem was

he had not seen any of the emails from Greg admitting all the delays we on him.  Not

too mention we informed the attorney how wonderful it is Greg is attempting such a feat

Based on the fact we will have Greg here to hold him accountable for his liable attacks

Let Greg spend the 20k taking us to court then hand him our claims. 

I'm good with it either way America.  I have no problem showing the truth.  Its very easy

Greg on the other hand has told so many lies he forgets them. 

Again myself and this company are not above making a mistake, but we are above

this mess.  If there is a mistake made we take care of it.  I will post the the emails

we have sent Greg asking "What can we Do"?  How can we help?  He never sent us anything

to go on.  He just wanted money.

Ripp Off Report A bunch of crap

If you google my name you will find several damaging websites that look very similar to a news publication.  Like Rippoff Report.

I want to comment on this.  If you google these sites there are hundreds if not thousands of people voicing out about them.  The websites themselves admit they DO NOT fact check anything.  No data or follow up is ever done.  It's 100% the wild west.  Anyone, anytime, anywhere can post anything they want about you.  True or false the sites don't care.


Many people have sued the sites, but they are protected by the current laws.  Your only hope is to hire really good and really expensive attorneys.  There are also dozens of businesses out there that do reputation repair.  These companies charge anywhere from 1,200 to 15k.  They are cashing in on the new business of reputation repair.  I'd tried this once and had no real luck.  So I cannot say its worth the money.  Once you find yourself in this position everyone out there pretty much knows your desperate to fix it and I feel they take advantage of that.  Well I know they do!

Every business you shop at is on Ripoff report, from walmart- ford.  X employees, cyber stalkers, etc prey on these sites.  Until the laws change we are all subject to this character slaughter.

Once it happens, anyone and everyone you ever upset will post about you.  They think no big deal I'm one of several.  Wrong.  A good attorney can and will track that person and file against them.  Which is what I am doing.


Its just real important to know these sites are false in nature.  They do not fact check anything and they do not care who they hurt.  They take the stance of I'm not hurting anyone, we just host the site?  Well OK.  But I feel like each human on this earth has a personal responsibility to themselves and the rest of mankind to do what's right.  Not because you have to but because you should.

It's for profit folks!  These sites make money.  The owner of Rip off report will in time get shut down.  He's been sued for extortion, fraud, etc.  From my personal experience I tried to do his Clear your name for lack of better terms program.  What that is really shocked me.  Basically I pay this Dude who has allowed my name to be ruined thousands of $$$$$.  Then he will remove them.  Pay him to remove false info?  Buy him another car or cash to put in a pool?  I don't think so.  Sure it cost me allot of money.  But I would never pad this guys pockets.  That just keeps him going.  It like a terrorist, you do not fund them in order not be bombed. 


I actually pray for this guy, Its very hard but I do it.  I am not sure he realizes how many good people he has indirectly hurt or if he even cares. I also pray the laws change soon.

But America do your own research before you judge.  A lady wrote on Rippoff report I am a sex criminal?  Are you kidding me.  I'm not a criminal period much less a sex offender.  But it's on there.  Easy way to fact check- Go to the GA sex offenders website and type in my name :)  If I was I would be registered.  I'm not!

Allot of people ask me "How do you do it"?.   I work hard.  I have to work twice as  hard as the average business owner.  Basically half my money is lost to this crap.  So I have to work twice as hard to get the same amount.  If one company I own does a 3mil gross year, it would have done 6mil or at least 5mil if my name was clean.  Its hard folks.  Also the personal strain it puts on me.  I hate it and have cried many nights with my wife. I just want the truth out there.  I'm not a fraud or a scam.  Everything I do they call it a scam?  I could be selling newspapers on the road side and they would call it a scam.

Don't believe it or at least fact check it.

Moving forward

Well we keep making forward movement both in my businesses and with the legal drama.  When you look at all the businesses I own and run then you look at the crap on the net it just does not add up.

On several sites customers of mine at CFB have started chiming in for the GOOD.  Its nice to see and it encourages all of us so thanks.

Cyber stalking is very strange to me, I don't understand the need these people have to hurt me.  One Lady has been stalking me since 2003.  It turns out she has posted several things and has been in contact with the other stalkers.  Apparently she served in the Marines with me, I knew her husband she was in a different unit.  They got divorced and I guess there is some jealous feelings she has.  What else could it be?  I'm still married now 14 years!  I have 5 awesome daughters and I make money.

But still to be tracking my movements on the internet for nearly 11 years is plain spooky.  America I am not a high roller or some loud mouth bragging sort of guy.  This blog is a mix of my current life, the drama and my business.  I have to tell you about the positives so you can see the crap is all lies.

I run a million dollar company that's not something to be ashamed of.  I worked hard and I started it with 5k bucks.  I also run Ice Cream Parlors, I have owned franchise locations, I own a auto shop and more.  Many of my friends own 2-4 franchise locations, businesses, etc.

I am dealing with two types of people on the net.

1. The first person is crazy in my opinion and they stalk me in order to hurt me.  They want money and they want me to be out of business.  Some of this group is just jealous and they don't like me being successful.

2.  The second group is all about the money!  They have done business with me and they saw a chance to cash in.  So they start by saying " You cheat others and you cheated me"????  Who have I ever cheated?  NO.  They read it on line.  They don't feel cheated they want money.  They start by requesting a check or something worth money like a new stove or sink in there trailer for free.  I don't know about you but if someone scammed me the last thing I would do is take my trailer or truck back to them!

I just tell them NO.  You have a contract and you did not pay for a grill, therefore you are not getting one.  Then they make threats and again I say no.  Then they post lies about me.  Often saying well I'll hurt your business.  This is like giving into terrorist OK.  You just cannot do it.  Yeah they might blow something up, but for the long term goal you cannot give into them.  It becomes a none stop thing.

So that's the two groups I am dealing with.  Very soon the second group in my opinion becomes crazy.

The stuff they do most normal people would never do.  Its just not right on any level.

Moving

The Stalkers post that I'm on the run?  Or fleeing an area?  Not true. 

I have lived in 4 states my entire life.  1. Alaska I was born in GA but my family moved to Alaska when I was a baby.  I was raised in that state and still go there on vacations!  2.  NC I myself was a US Marine and was stationed there.  3.  I moved to Colorado and lived there for four years.  4.  I moved back to GA where all my family lives, grand parents, parents, sisters, etc.  I have lived in GA for 4 years.

In GA I have moved a couple times.  But it's only because the cyber stalkers get a hold of my address and threaten to come to my home when I'm at work.  I have a stay at home wife and 5 daughters.  Basic security tells me when my home is not safe I need to move.  I don't bounce from trailer to trailer or on the run.  I live in nice homes and in nice areas.  My girls are well rounded and my wife is great! 

Its hard and its costly.  Each move cost me a bunch of money and time and stress.  This is what the stalkers want.  Each home is equipped with a high tech security system, Video cameras, motion detectors, drive way chimes, etc.  I am not new to security being a Marine it comes second nature. 

Who would not move there family if some stalker was making threats?

I do not want to come across as a cocky or arrogant sort of guy.  I do not try and live some high roller lifestyle nor do I care about such things.  I live in a nice house OK.  But I have a large family and my wife does allot of cooking, sewing, crafts with the kids etc.  I don't have 8 bathrooms in my home like some idiot posted.   I drive used SUV's one of them is 13 years old both Fords.  I do not have any credit cards, or debt.  I buy used things, and I am frugal with my money.  No flashy watches, or pinky rings :)  Just a average guy that works very hard.  I am blessed and I do my best to help others around me.  The lord tells me not to brag about helping those in need.  But I can tell you my family and businesses give.  People in our community get meals, Christmas presents, housing, etc.  I am not a greedy person and I don't build and create businesses and money because I want more.  I do it because I love business, building and creating.  It has nothing to do with money.  Whether I make 100k or 3 million this year my lifestyle will not change.  We go camping, hiking, cheap outdoors style vacations.  You will not see me at some penthouse in Vegas or otherwise.  My last vacation was a 2 week camping trip to MT.  We ate beans and franks, went hiking, I fished :) and we stopped off at all the FREE tourist spots to share with the girls the rich history of the west.  I drove to save money and camped in my used camper.  I am so tired of reading the crap about me and my family.  These people do not even know me!  Its just bull.  These people need a new hobby. For anyone to try and say my family is some silver spoon pish posh bunch clearly does not know us.  I make money I will not stand here and say I don't.  But my girls are raised to climb trees and swim  in the creek not some fancy pool! 

I have tried to cram a bunch of info in a few short posts.  The truth is it will take a long while to truly express the heartache and pain these people have caused me and others.  I say others because there is no doubt people out there that in some fashion has been hurt.  Whether it's a worker who lost his job when a business I owned failed.  Or a vendor losing an account or even someone losing money.  I just want people to understand why.  I never wanted to lose a business or watch on of my companies literally be shut down because of the liable and slanderous remarks these stalkers made.  That's why I am taking a stand now.

I need closure with this and I need these people to leave me and my family alone.  That's what this is all about.  These people talk about my wife and they have never even met her or me for that manner.  My wife is a stay at home mom not in any way does she handle anything in any of my businesses.  She gets free Ice Cream :)

Its just mean spirited thats all.  I just read a Post by Frank Mannix, he posted it today I guess.  He starts off in third person then changes over to reality!  That's crazy to talk about yourself in third person then change it 3 lines later right?  He claims my attorney is a weak man.  America.  I am not going to fight with Frank the man is not playing with a full deck.  He also claims I have no suit filed?  OK- one time-  Go to my post law suits filed.  Then read it :)  So its very clear I am telling the truth and I am going after Frank Mannix in order to silence him.  Next- Google my attorney Russel Stookey for an example.  Does that man seem week? OK point made again.  Third- Frank says he has a 75k judgment??????   He has been saying this for 7 years!  The problem is he probably hand wrote it with a crayon and danced around it.  Being nuts is not enough to collect.  You actually need a court judgement.  Last but not least.  Frank Mannix Claims he is an attorney??  He's not, he does not have a law firm, nor has he ever been an attorney.  The TRUTH-  He took a $125.00 legal course in regards to money management (Every entry level money manager does this)  So Frank once again took out is crayon and wrote himself a degree.

  I personally do not care about Frank or his imagination.  I just wish he was writing Science fiction novels about green men verses messing with me and my family.  That's fair right?  Just leave me alone and if you cannot deal with the legal ramifications by real attorneys in real court rooms.

America people make mistakes and we should forgive them.  But what do you do with a guy like this?  He just will not stop.  I'll bet he will break the restraining order within 10 days of it being on the court docs.  We have all seen the investigation channel about the stalker who would not stop.  Its scary and I'm living it right now.

I have not voiced anything in years about this.  I wanted to start this blog just to have a way to vent and tell my side.  Honestly and correctly.  

I hope everyone had a good new years and I encourage all of you to pray for our country as we move into a new year.

A few people who are doing business with me are posting positive things and you can quickly tell Frank wants nothing to do with it.  I have allot of customers going to start posting also, so we'll see.
